At East Coast Paintball Supply, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment isn't hitting the mark, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that markers and tanks must be completely degassed before shipping.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
