What is your shipping policy for paintball markers?
All paintball markers are shipped via insured ground services with signature confirmation required. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Do you ship paintballs during extreme weather?
We take great care in packaging, but paintballs are sensitive to temperature. During extreme heat or cold, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to minimize time in transit and ensure the shell integrity of the paint.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used markers, air tanks, or goggles. New, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Are your air tanks shipped full or empty?
Per DOT regulations, all compressed air (HPA) and CO2 tanks must be shipped empty. You can have them filled at our local East Coast pro-shop or any certified local field.
Do you offer warranties on high-end electronic markers?
All new markers come with a full manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer, we also provide in-house tech support for major brands like Planet Eclipse, Dye, and Empire.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery status.
